Questions before you support
Is this a political donation?
No. Support for CWI is voluntary reader support for an independent civic-watch, satire, commentary, Live Newsroom, and public archive platform. It is not political membership or party donation.
Is CWI official CJP?
No. CWI is independent and is not the official Cockroach Janta Party.
Will supporting CWI give me editorial control?
No. Support does not buy coverage, takedowns, allegations, or editorial influence.
Can I support anonymously?
UPI payments may show payment details to the receiver depending on the app and bank. Do not send support if you are uncomfortable with that.
Can I show my support publicly?
Yes, only if you submit a note and give permission. CWI reviews supporter notes before displaying them publicly.
Why is my note not visible?
Supporter notes appear only after admin review, consent confirmation, payment/support verification, and moderation.
Can brands support CWI?
Potentially, but sponsorships must be clearly labelled and cannot control editorial coverage.
What if I sent money by mistake?
Email CWI at cockroachwatchindia@gmail.com with the transaction reference. Refund handling depends on verification and payment method.
